Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using ReelMonk. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quiz Champion India ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of the ReelMonk platform at reelmonk.quizchampindia.in ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

ReelMonk is an AI-powered short video generation platform that provides the following features:

AI short video generation: Converts uploaded images, video clips, and text into portrait-format short videos suitable for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and WhatsApp Status.
AI voice synthesis: Generates Telugu and other language audio narrations using text-to-speech technology.
YouTube upload queue: Queues completed videos for upload to YouTube via the YouTube Data API v3.
Admin approval workflow: A human administrator must review and approve each video before any upload to YouTube is initiated. No automatic uploads occur without administrator action (unless explicitly enabled by the platform administrator via configuration).
Batch processing: Supports processing multiple video jobs concurrently subject to system capacity and fair-use limits.

3. User Responsibilities

By using ReelMonk, you agree to the following:

Media ownership: You must own or have explicit legal rights to all images, video clips, audio files, and other media you upload. You must not upload content for which you do not hold the necessary rights or licenses.
No illegal content: You must not upload or generate content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise illegal under applicable Indian or international law.
Accurate metadata: Titles, descriptions, and tags you provide for YouTube uploads must be accurate and must not be misleading, spam, or in violation of YouTube's policies.
No abuse of service: You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits, overload the system, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service for any unauthorized commercial purpose.
Compliance with platform policies: You are responsible for ensuring that content you generate and upload complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and all other applicable platform policies.

4. YouTube Integration

ReelMonk uses the YouTube Data API v3 to upload videos to YouTube on your behalf. The following conditions apply to all YouTube-related features:

Admin approval required: Every video must be reviewed and approved by a platform administrator before any upload is initiated. We are not responsible for upload failures, channel strikes, or content removals resulting from content you provide.

YouTube Terms compliance: Your use of YouTube-connected features is additionally governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

Revoke access: You may revoke ReelMonk's access to your YouTube account at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to media files you upload. By using ReelMonk, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content solely for the purpose of rendering and delivering the service to you.

The ReelMonk platform, its software, design, and branding are the intellectual property of Quiz Champion India. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quiz Champion India shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from service interruptions or errors.
YouTube channel penalties, strikes, or termination resulting from content uploaded through ReelMonk.
Errors in AI-generated narrations, metadata, or video content.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
